Stijn and chef Bart are the fifth generation of the Hoonaert family, whose DNA is rooted in culinary excellence! The conservatory of the former café, planted with trees, is now a cosy gastrobar. A charcoal Mibrasa oven adds a distinctive flavour to market-fresh recipes, made with meticulously chosen ingredients (simple lunchtime menu, more varied in the evening).
