La opinión de la Guía Michelin
Built in 1773, this shrine, clinging to the hillside, is one of the five most important shrines in Japan devoted to Inari, Shinto divinity of harvests and business who takes the shape of a fox. An impressive tunnel comprised of 1,045 bright red torii guides the footsteps of visitors up the steep staircase to the site (15min). It is often packed at weekends, when people come to pray and wish for plentiful harvests and prosperity.
