Cougnaguet water mill
La Guía Verde
La opinión de la Guía Michelin
In the Middle Ages, grain and flour were highly sought-after commodities and needed to be carefully guarded. The mill's defensive system is impressive: opening the hatches drove the assailants into a penstock, where they were swallowed up and died a horrible death. The mill has four millstones enabling them to produce 3t of flour per day; one of them is in operation and grinds the grain before your eyes.
