In the chic fine dining restaurant of the luxurious boutique hotel of the same name, head chef Stefan Heilemann and his team skilfully bridge the gap between classic and modern cuisine, throwing in a few international influences for good measure. The dishes are well thought out, technically precise and replete with subtle contrasts. They also use home-grown ingredients. A four- to six-course set menu is served (vegetarian version also available). You also have the chef's classics on the "Supplements" menu to choose from. Stefano Petta's competent front-of-house team takes a pleasingly relaxed approach when it comes to serving guests. Tip: Reserve the Chef's Table! One floor below is the Widder Bar.
