Andreas Caminada is the man behind this fabulous new venture in the Marktgasse Hotel, situated in the heart of the historical district on the right bank of the Limmat. You access the tastefully designed restaurant via the beautiful, classically styled bar (where they will be happy to serve you an aperitif). A set menu proposes courses for sharing; supplementary dishes can be ordered à la carte. Talented young chef Daniel Zeindlhofer sticks to the IGNIV philosophy and combines it with his own ideas. His cuisine is complex but accessible – this is food that puts a smile on your face! From the excellent wine list, opt for the wines from the Zurich region, available by the glass. First-class service is provided by the charming and accomplished front-of-house team led by Ines Triebenbacher. To round off the experience, the "Candy Store" is typical of the IGNIV experience!
