Having set up shop here in 2017, Serkan Akgün is your welcoming host – with around 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and world of wines behind him. Since October 2020, Alexander Hoppe has been responsible for the ambitious classic cuisine that draws on modern influences. He has a great passion for, among other things, patisserie. Order your dishes à la carte or opt for the set menu, which can always be supplemented with N25 caviar, for instance. The rustic style of the building has been tastefully and elegantly modernised. Then there is the gorgeous view over the Wupper Valley – also from the terrace.
