Shiki translates as "four seasons", and , indeed, this tastefully elegant fine dining restaurant takes its cue from the seasons, serving up both traditional and a modern take on Japanese cuisine – fascinating, expressive and made with top-notch ingredients. There are two set menus in the evening, which are supplemented by the brasserie selection at lunchtime.
