La opinión de la Guía Michelin
A pork-skewer eatery established in 1949. Yuji Sakamaki, third owner-chef, prizes the flavours he remembers from his youth. Meat-stuffed bell peppers are a popular skewer item from the days of the first chef. Beef dishes are a relative novelty, having been introduced by Sakamaki’s predecessor. For his part, the set menu Sakamaki added allows diners to enjoy dishes from the good old days. Guided by his pet saying, “lifelong training”, he preserves the flavours of Torishige across the generations.
