Accessed by a funicular railway, this high-altitude restaurant (elevation: 3 032m!) promises a breath of fresh air as well as fine dining. In an inviting interior that is done out in wood, staff in traditional costume serve up authentic and delicious wood-fired dishes, including choice cuts of meat and fish to share (eg rib steak, pork shoulder and whole turbot). A delightful change of scene.
