For over 20 years, the Bessire couple has been shining the spotlight on produce that comes straight from the fish auctions of Roscoff and Audierne, without forgetting scallops fished by divers in Norway. A dedication to excellence that has earned Le Cigalon star status for some 25 years! Intelligently crafted, generous dishes that highlight first-rate produce.
