Judging by the exposed bricks, wood panels and concrete façade, it’s hard to tell what cuisine is served here, but the live fish tanks by the entrance give it away. There isn’t a menu as guests get to make their own picks from the tank and specify how they want them cooked. Seafood from Yilan, Penghu, Japan and other places are prepared in traditionally Taiwanese ways, but updated with subtle Japanese touches and artful plating.
