Despite its simple appearance, this restaurant on the side of the road dates from the 17C and has been run by the same family for the past century. Today, the third and fourth generations work side by side in the kitchen, preparing dishes with a strong regional flavour. Highlights include the white Terlano asparagus in season and offal dishes throughout the year.
