The name pays homage to Brassens, who was born in Sète but also the chef, originally from Paris, and his wife, a native of Sète. The chef reinvents local recipes, in line with his mood and the catch of the day. The nearby tapas bar, Le Barbu, run by the same owner, is highly recommended.
