La opinión de la Guía Michelin
The word “köhï” translates as “café,” and this informal counterpart to the prestigious Huto lives up its name. This restaurant’s location in the business district means it focuses on serving high-quality Japanese lunches to its business-minded patrons. Its strategy is based on the continual creation of different “executive” menus at its sushi bar, although chef José Francisco de Araújo’s superb omakase menus are certainly worth considering.
