Hanspeter Rombach attaches great importance to organic ingredients in his inviting, friendly restaurant. The cuisine is regional and classical: on the menu, for example, local venison ragout in Spätburgunder sauce or filet of organic salmon and wild gambas in pumpkin juice sauce. There are also cosy guestrooms and a pretty sauna area.
