In the middle of the village, this is the delightful "bistro annexe" of Régis and Jacques Marcon's fine dining restaurant. The traditional pâté en croûte "Richelieu", skate wing terrine, roasted cauliflower and mushrooms, cheeses from Ardèche and Auvergne. What more can we say? This is hearty fare and devilishly good. The open kitchens lend the place an inviting feel.
