Anyone able to pull off a combination of gravlax salmon and smoked duck breast cream deserves our full attention! This is a chef with an impressive track record who, together with his wife, has brought to life this old farmhouse on the main road through the village. Expect well-crafted and carefully presented dishes, with combinations of flavours that may surprise (the salmon is a case in point). A cuisine that revisits certain classics but also encompasses dishes that are firmly rooted in the region, it draws on seasonal ingredients such as morels, emulsion of Vieux Comté cheese and vin jaune. Dine in the modern interior or on the pleasant terrace to the rear.
