This is the sister restaurant of chef Julien Lemarié's Michelin-starred Japanese-style restaurant (IMA). At lunchtime, the concept is donburi: a Japanese dish composed of a bowl of rice with various toppings, depending on the season or inspiration. At dinnertime, it morphs into an izakaya version (similar to a pub or bistro), serving plates designed for sharing. Small contemporary space with olive green walls and standard or bar tables, as well as a counter with some stools.
