Make a beeline for the terrace to make the most of the lush green countryside. If the weather is fickle, never mind, the interior is equally attractive. The Green Room doesn’t distinguish between starters and main courses, which gives you more freedom to compose your menu. A classic seafood béarnaise or Flemish-style asparagus with a modern twist – sea lavender and guanciale. The bargain-priced wine list (available to take home) adds the final flourish.
