La opinión de la Guía Michelin
This inviting restaurant with blue shutters is a real local institution, where you make your reservation by telephone, and enquire about the dish of the day while you're at it. These are different every day – eg cassoulet on Wednesdays – but make a weekly comeback in the single set menu. On top of that, Provence's culinary repertoire is celebrated with generous and tasty dishes, such as aioli, spit-roast Bresse chicken, calf's head with ravigote sauce, and home-made tarts – to be devoured in a lively and laid-back atmosphere cultivated by the bubbly front-of-house team.
