At Miro, Ronan, front of house, and Robin, in the kitchen, have joined forces at this restaurant that stands in bucolic grounds on the banks of the River Ill. Familiar with South American, Japanese and French gastronomy, the chef regales diners with tasty and uninhibited cuisine inspired by his many travels, for example Thai-style sea bass ceviche and his superb Argentinian beef entrecote finished over burning embers.
