Enjoy authentic pizza baked in a wood-fired oven built by a Neapolitan artisan. The ‘Ortolana’ is topped with plenty of vegetables—as if to bring you the whole vegetable garden—and befits a chef who hails from a farming family. A gluten-free crust is also available, which he put a lot of effort into creating when he learned of people who struggle with allergies.
