This restaurant in the Graslin neighbourhood is often booked up, so it's best to reserve. The chef makes the most of the extensive network of producers (especially market gardeners) operating in Nantes to create an appealing bistronomy menu. The rather original contemporary setting (over two levels) is very attractive, especially the dining area on the large mezzanine overlooking the open kitchen.
