In this family-run hotel-restaurant, the first thing you notice is the wonderfully traditional interior (chandeliers and silverware). The dishes range from the classic (marengo chicken supreme) to the regional (veal kidneys with mustard seeds, marrow quenelles and spaetzle), to the occasional more contemporary offering (lobster tempura). The cheese platter from the valley is a real highlight.
