You cannot fail but remark the green marble counter that occupies the heart of this street corner building, appointed elegantly and tastefully. The chairs are positioned around the counter to better admire the chefs at work. Clovis Degrave and his team pour their creative talents into a set menu, rife with international accents, amusing textures and rugged sauces. An example: fillet of zander underscored by a caviar-flavoured beurre blanc and a velvety sauce of samphire and girolle mushrooms. A truly fascinating global experience.
