A husband-and-wife chef team are behind this 10-seater Japanese counter restaurant in a side alley just off South Molton Street. There are two sittings at dinner for the set 8 course omakase menu, which includes a nigiri course. Flavours and techniques are kept quite traditional, with much of the fish coming from British waters. As everyone is served together, punctuality is important.
