On the first floor of a modern BMW dealership, this open-plan restaurant sports a huge, glazed facade. Chef Robin is a dab hand at looking after our inner well-being. Adding a modern spin to French recipes, he shines the spotlight on ingredients, among which foie gras and pork. He may have a playful approach to textures, but the attention he lavishes on the vegetables and rich flavours is second to none. Even better, the restaurant is open for breakfast.
