A former fine arts student, it is not surprising that chef Mathieu Lacaze takes such care over his presentations. His artistic flair also shines through in his market-fresh cuisine that is definitively modern and respectful of the seasons. A contemporary interior with bare stone and tiled walls, or on the terrace patio terrace in fine weather. Excellent wine list.
