Another dining concept by the eponymous chef, Bref serves a sensual, modern and progressive menu that appeals to the palate. Cold capellini with cured ama-ebi, ikura, uni and salted kombu in a creamy abalone dressing is the epitome of their cuisine. Despite the minimalist interior, the vibe is lively and bustling. Prized seats are at the marble counter overlooking the open kitchen.
