The characterful Edinbane Lodge dates back to 1543 and is reputedly the oldest inn on Skye. The chef, a native, loves to use the best island and Highland produce – as well as local crockery – and the imaginative multi-course dinner menu showcases bold, natural flavours. Bedrooms have a subtle Scottish theme.
