After moving to this location, the interior was updated with tables on a terrace. The menu is smaller, but prices remain approachable. The signature “rolling” goose is fried over low heat before being braised in a spiced sauce. It is flipped continuously throughout the process, and fried once more prior to plating. Pork intestines braised in soy also stand out. Only reservations before 12 pm and 6:30 pm are accepted for lunch and dinner respectively.
