A restaurant with its own fishmongers’ which opened a few years ago and took the decision in 2021 to focus on gourmet fish dishes with a particular emphasis on species from the upper Adriatic. The cuisine here is colourful and balanced, with a touch of acidity occasionally added to the dishes. The walls are adorned with sailing boat-inspired works by a local artist, while the restaurant’s name comes from a type of wood used to build boats.
