Located in the heart of the old town, not far from the cathedral, this is a tasteful little restaurant where Catalan-inspired dishes are prepared in an open kitchen. There are two chefs at the helm: Jürgen Birth, who has a penchant for patisserie, and Xesc Sancho, who was born in Catalonia and draws on his roots when devising their ingredient-led authentic culinary concept. The result is a modern five-course set menu that is also available in a pescetarian or vegetarian version. To accompany the food, there are select Spanish wines, which owner Jan-Hendrik Feldner takes pride in presenting – on his watch, diners are spoiled with attentive, personal service. They also run a tapas restaurant about 100m away.
