Your two chefs deliver delicate and creative cuisine made with fine produce – lobster, langoustines, scallops, caviar, sweetbreads – that is perfectly cooked. A trolley of delicious desserts makes for quite a finale (including a superb and intense dark chocolate gâteau with a biscuit layer lightly steeped in whisky).
