Ingredients sourced from local producers and game hunted by the establishment go into regional and seasonal cuisine. The menu features dishes such as ox cheek with black salsify and bread dumplings. Just next door is Fürstlich Castell'sche Domäne, a VDP wine estate that sells its own wines.
