Firmly focused on the cuisine of Calabria, this restaurant serves dishes full of the mountain flavours of the Sila region, including Podolica beef, mushrooms, potatoes and hams. “We have excellent ingredients in this region” says the chef, “All we have to do is prepare them properly” – something which he manages very successfully!
