The rebirth of Onyx has entered yet another phase. From Monday to Wednesday their ‘workshop’, Műhely, offers a choice of 4-6 dishes from a concise but appealing menu divided into ‘Starters’, ‘Vegetarian’, ‘Meat’ and ‘Desserts’, where the cooking focuses on local ingredients and is enjoyed at individual tables. For a more immersive encounter, Thursday to Sunday they offer the communal ‘ÆTHER’ experience, a stimulating, sensory and provocative evening that uses a tasting menu to showcase the development of food in the past, present and future. Your night here will end up with capes and contemplation!
