Occupying a modern lakeside building nestling in botanic gardens, this restaurant has an elegant and contemporary feel. Although the dishes served by new chef Massimiliano Blasone have a cosmopolitan flavour with the occasional hint of Asia, the selection of delicious desserts that follow are prepared with a combination of regional and exotic ingredients.
