After pursuing a career abroad, the chef has returned to his roots, to the family's former hunting lodge, to devote himself to cooking – his earliest passion. In this convivial place, he has perfectly mastered generous traditional cuisine, from cooking to seasoning. We love the terrine with home-made sourdough bread and gherkins from the estate in vinegar.
