Jan Decan is a pianist and a chef down to his very core, as his restaurant, an elegant harmony of ebony and ivory, musically reflects. You may even see him play if you’re lucky! Jan enjoys jazzing up classical recipes, adding contemporary notes with the greatest respect for the ingredient. He excels in orchestrating dishes such as sole meunière or saddle of lamb with morels and green asparagus. His subtle sauces, flavoursome acidic melodies and familiar tunes demonstrate his talent as an accomplished (culinary) conductor. Ah! Music to our ears!
