Chef Anne-Sophie Sabini, who has worked in some fine restaurants (including La Vague d'Or), has now struck out on her own, with this colourful modern bistro complet with a pretty terrace. She has devised a short menu that changes every month, in which she revisits the classics with a touch of femininity and modernity: home-made country terrine, served just warm, on a truffle cream crunch; pan-fried frogs' legs with smoked bacon; fillet of sea bass, roasted artichokes, clams, shellfish emulsion; So'Mets floating island, vanilla, pistachio or praline cream...
