Classic fine dining cuisine or more regional fare? With its set menus dubbed "Der große Storch" and "Einfach Storchen", the Helfesrieder family ensures that every guest is catered for. This place is run with dedication by two different generations. When choosing their ingredients, Jochen Helfesrieder and his father Fritz attach great importance to seasonality – the vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit are grown in their own farm garden. The focus is on select produce from the surrounding area, although international influences can also be found on the menu. This picture-perfect traditional Baden inn dating from 1764 has tastefully decorated dining rooms – opt for rustic charm with an old tiled stove and wooden panelling, or a more modern setting. There is also a pretty garden terrace with a pond. Cosy and comfortable guestrooms.
