This small restaurant in the centre of Augsburg is worth a visit, primarily on account of the cleverly thought-out seasonal cuisine. Hendrik Ketter and his team use regional produce wherever possible. There is a set menu with four to seven courses - also as a vegetarian option. In addition, service is provided by experienced and friendly staff in a pleasantly pared-back modern interior.
