A restaurant with plenty of personality located in a residential district of the city, which takes its name from the combinations of the word “see” and the initials of young chef Dimos Samourakis to create “Seeds”. The simple, modern cuisine, centred around locally sourced seasonal ingredients and a minimalist aesthetic, is showcased on two tasting menus (Short Story and Long Story) that show French influence and vary only in their number of courses. An interesting vegan option is also available.
