Discover the special vision of regional cooking showcased by Victor Felisberto, a Portuguese chef with an impressive track record who trained in Paris and gained experience in restaurants in France as well as others in London, Barcelona and Andorra. His speciality is meat cooked over a wood fire, in particular Iberian pork and veal, with the unique feature of using very slow cooking techniques to ensure sublime textures and much more intense flavours.
