Located in a lovely old townhouse in Vienna's Josefstadt, this restaurant melds classic steakhouse culture with Japanese influences. At the heart of the operation is the American Southbend broiler, capable of grilling meat at temperatures of up to 1 000°C. The fantastic cuts include dry-aged Porterhouse from the in-house ageing cabinet and non-dry-aged individual steaks of Wagyu from Japan and Australia, as well as beef from Austria, the USA, Uruguay and beyond. You choose the weight and your side dish. In addition to the à la carte menu, the six-course "glory Moments" menu the "Wagyu Tasting" are also highly recommended. On Sundays, the "glory Brunch" is served until 3pm. The well-appointed setting has a trendy and laid-back feel; a friendly and dedicated team provide professional service and guidance.
