A truly regal location, and it couldn’t be otherwise: the restaurant entrance is located in the inner courtyard of the Reggia di Venaria, the splendid Savoy residence. An elevator leads to the fourth floor, where elegant rooms furnished with 1950s and ‘60s taste open up, along with a terrace overlooking the garden. The cuisine starts from the extraordinary products of Piedmont’s valleys, then ranges to the rest of the region and, sometimes, even beyond, offering dishes that move between tradition and creativity.
