An offshoot of Colonel, a temple of red meat, this stylish brasserie sports a tasteful colour scheme that is the epitome of suave urbanity. Diners are invited to choose one of the juicy cuts of meat from the butcher’s counter near the open-plan kitchen. The knife-edge precision offered by the Josper charcoal oven, the exquisite flavour of the cured meats, the made-to-order sauces and the crispy fries are indeed admirable, but that is not all. Side by side this traditional Belgian lineup, you will also find dishes like carpaccio or filet américain, and more nostalgic dishes like their excellent vol-au-vent. We recommend a seat at the counter to make the most of the show in the kitchen.
