La opinión de la Guía Michelin
The restaurant takes its name from the signboard of the chef’s grandfather’s fish shop on Awaji Island, marked with a hiragana ‘ka’ inside a circle (maru). Opening the menu reveals a wide array of dishes, each with its place of origin listed. The selection changes daily, reflecting the day’s catch and the chef’s deep connections with producers. While a set course is available, guests can also delight in the freedom of ordering à la carte, with portions adjusted to their preference.
