This restaurant specialises in Spanish rice cuisine. Sample rice dishes from every region of Spain: paella, said to be from Valencia; clams and rice cooked in a clay pot, from Basque Country; and caldero, rice simmered in an iron pot, from Mar Menor. Gathering around a table and sharing the same pot captures the joy of Spanish food culture.
